• American Express (AMEX) card payments are processed securely via Razorpay, subject to verification and approval.
• In case of payment failure, customers are advised to retry with an alternative payment method or contact their bank.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
• Orders are processed within 2-5 business days and shipped as per our Shipping Policy.
• We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order for security verification or due to payment-related issues.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, as per our Cancellation Policy.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Fraud Prevention & Security
• We follow strict security measures to prevent fraudulent transactions.
• If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the transaction without prior notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
• Young Grandpa is not responsible for any banking or payment processing issues that may arise from using AMEX or any other payment method.
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from payment failures or delays.
