RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• We have exchange and return policy within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the items to be picked up and provide you with exchange/store credit.

• Additionally, a fee of ₹100 will be charged for the returns/exchange

• Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached.

• We reserve the right to decline returns if items appear used, washed, damaged, or spoiled (unless they arrived damaged).

• If you’ve received a defective item, please email us photos and our customer Experience team will assist you.

• PLEASE NOTE: REFUNDS ARE STRICTLY NOT PROCESSED INTO SOURCE ACCOUNT.

• PREPAID ORDERS PLACED DURING THE PRE-ORDER ARE NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE

RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS:

• Items purchased during our exclusive sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of receiving a wrong or defective product.

• Young Grandpa reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue markdowns at any time without notice. No adjustments will be made for purchases if Young Grandpa lowers the price of an item you have already purchased.
