At Young Grandpa, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return or exchange under the following terms:

1. Return & Exchange Window

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Pickup Charges

A ₹129 pickup fee will be applicable for all return or exchange requests.

3. Returns

In case of a return, the ₹129 pickup fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be issued to you in the form of store credits.

4. Exchanges

For exchanges, the replacement order will be processed once the return pickup is arranged. A ₹129 pickup charge will be payable via COD at the time of delivery of the exchanged product.

5. Refund Method

Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original payment method. All approved returns are issued only as store credits, which can be used for future purchases without any expiration.

Items purchased during our exclusive sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of receiving a wrong or defective product.
